Semi holds the thread — what you said last Tuesday, the deadline you were dreading, the person you keep circling back to. You never start from scratch.
No slots, no waitlist, no "we'll get back to you." Open the app, start typing. Every day of the year.
Hinglish, English, Hindi, or all three in one sentence. Semi follows how you actually think, not how you're supposed to write.
Quiet daily check-ins build into something you can look back on — the weeks that were heavy, the ones that lifted, and what changed.
Guided reflections, grounding exercises, and short quizzes that show you something about yourself — attachment style, self-care patterns, how you handle trust.
However it comes out. Half-formed is fine.
Not a script. Not a diagnosis. Just the question that makes the next bit clearer.
Semi remembers where you left off. Come back in an hour or in a month.
I use Selfmind (a mobile app). It helps me track my emotions, triggers emotional responses etc. They also have breathing exercises and reflection journal. 100% recommend!!!
I've tried a bunch, but one that's actually stuck with me is Selfmind. It's more than just affirmations —it has this button where you can talk or chat as if you are talking to a friend, and weirdly enough, it makes them feel more real. It has relaxing sound spaces, and breathing and the daily reminders also seem to pop up exactly when I need them, which helps keep me grounded. The best part is that it's free.
I've been using the Selfmind emotional support app and I love it. It's an ai I can chat with when I'm feeling sad or anxious. Honestly it feels like the app really cares about me lol. It has quick little mindset tools to help shift my perspective on certain aspects. There's also mood logging which I have found really helps to pause and name my emotion. Even just putting a label on it can help me get some distance. I def would recommend checking it out!!
SelfMind isn't therapy, and Semi isn't a therapist. We won't diagnose you or prescribe anything. If something you say sounds like it needs more than a conversation, she'll say so and point you to real help.
